"Discreet packaging, but kinda just okay"
The package showed up in a plain box with nothing on it saying what was inside, so I did appreciate that. Privacy-wise, that was defintely a plus. Shipping took a little longer than I was expecting, and the box was kind of beat up when it arrived. Nothing terrible, just not super impressive either. Overall it was fine, but not amazing, 3 stars seems about right.

"Super quick and easy!!"
I was surprised by how fast the whole thing was!! I filled everything out on rugiet and my prescription got approved way sooner than I expected. I didn’t have to chase anyone down or sit around waiting for days. Super simple process overall, and I didn’t run into any issues on my end.

Nice. I do like that you can adjust the dose a bit, but it definitely took some back and forth before I figured out what actually worked for me. Not bad overall, I just wish the process was a little simpler.

It was alright overall. Nothing too fancy, but it did what I needed it to do, more or less. I wouldn’t say it blew me away, but I didn’t hate it either. If I need another one later, I’d probably consider buying it again.

I’ve ordered from rugiet.com a few times now, the billing has been exactly what it said it would be. No surprise charges, no random add-ons, nothing weird showing up later. What I saw at checkout matched what hit my card, which I definitely appreciate. Seems basic, but it really does matter. So far, everything’s been smooth.

"I had my provider consult through…"
I had my provider consult through Rugiet it was painless. The provider just asked normal questions, didn’t make anything awkward, and actually took the time to explain the parts that mattered. I liked that it felt private and straight to the point. Maybe they’ve gotten used to helping people feel less weird about it, because the whole thing felt really natural. I got my questions answered and felt good about the plan afterward.

"It was fine, just slow to arrive"
The order itself was okay, so I can’t really complain too much, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, which made it a little frustrating not knowing what was going on. It did eventually show up and everything was mostly fine, but I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a hurry.

After using Rugiet for a few months, the biggest thing I’ve noticed is that it’s been reliable for me. That matters more than anything because my main frustration with other options was never really knowing what to expect. With this, I haven’t had to overthink it. The ordering process has been simple, shipping has shown up on time, and overall it’s just been a smooth experience. Nothing over the top to report — it just works the way I need it to.

"Worked fast, but I felt a little brushed off"
It kicked in quicker than I expected, probably around 20–30 minutes, which was a nice surprise. It wasn’t perfect every single time, but the speed was definitely solid. I will say I felt a bit dismissed when I brought up that the results weren’t always consistent, like it wasn’t really taken seriously. Still, overall I’d give it 4 stars

I had to follow up a couple of times about my refund, which got annoying. They did eventually send it back, so it wasn’t a complete mess, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Support was okay overall, though they could’ve communicated more clearly. The whole delay felt preventable.

In my experience, rugiet’s pricing was really easy to follow. I didn’t feel like I had to hunt around the site or worry about getting hit with some random charge later. Everything was laid out before checkout, which I personally really appreciated. No surprise fees or confusing upsells on my end, just simple, straightforward pricing, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

"Account area could be smoother"
My account works fine for the most part, but updating a few details and tracking down the billing info took longer than I expected. Maybe I just missed something obvious, so I can’t say for sure it’s a site-wide issue, but the account section felt a little clunky to me. Support did get back to me, just not particularly quickly. Overall, not a bad site, but that part could be easier to use.
